The conference requires 3 ½ hours. There are three rounds:
- Round 1: Maximize, our experiential activity, which gets participants physically engaged, connecting with each other, and problem-solving together.
- Round 2: Conversation, in which we structure series of small group conversations focused by key questions to accelerate learning and connections.
- Round 3: Personal Accountability, in which we review the fundamentals of collaboration through an enlightening twenty-minute presentation and individuals create plans to upgrade the quality of collaboration within their networks of business value creation.
The Collaboration Conference works. We can help you to fundamentally shift the ongoing quality of collaboration among participants back at the office.
We offer the conference to group sizes of 50 or more. We require a minimum of 3 ½ hours to deliver the highest value. Budget ranges from $99 per participant to $250 per participant for the Collaboration Conference.
